IRGPC40UD2 Description
IRGPC40UD2 is a type of insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) with an ultrafast soft recovery diode, which is a Generation 4 IGBT designed to provide tighter parameter distribution and higher efficiency compared with Generation 3. IGBT IRGPC40UD2 is co-packaged with HEXFRED? ultra-soft-recovery and ultrafast antiparallel diodes for use in a bridge configuration. Its minimized recovery features require less/no snubbing.
