IRG4PH20K is a type of rectifier. It's a high-performance device. It has the following characteristics: High short circuit rating optimized for motor control, combines low conduction losses with high switching speed, tighter parameter distribution and higher efficiency than previous generations, IGBT co-packaged with HEXFRED TM ultrafast, ultrasoft recovery anti-parallel diodes.
