The ISL9V3036S3ST devices are the next-generation IGBTs that offer exceptional SCIS capability in plastic TO-220 and D2-Pak (TO-263) packaging as well as the space-saving TO-252 D-Pak (TO-252) box. These components are designed to be used as coil drivers in vehicle ignition circuits. Voltage clamping is provided internally using diodes, eliminating the requirement for external parts.
