This device features a MOSFET Sync Buck NexFET Pwr Block II, which is capable of delivering up to 30A of continuous current and up to 60A of peak current. The device also features a low on-resistance of 0.0045Ω, allowing for high efficiency power conversion. Additionally, the device is designed to operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
