It has a maximum load current of -6A or -6000mA and a maximum load voltage of -100V. Furthermore, it can be utilized for general amplification applications. The transistor's maximum collector dissipation is 65 watts, allowing it to be utilized for high-power audio amplification as well as audio amplifier stages.
