Description
This SoC is built on ARM? Cortex?-M3 core processor(s).
In 2009, a new technology was published called CMOS, which operates at a supply voltage of 1.2V and has a frequency of 166MHz. However, the reflow temperature maximum has not been specified. This technology boasts 425 outputs and is currently not qualified for use. It has a RAM size of 64KB and is powered by an ARM® Cortex®-M3 core processor. Its primary attributes include being a FPGA with 90K logic modules. This new technology has the potential to greatly enhance and improve various electronic devices, but further testing and qualification is needed before it can be widely implemented.
