J175 is a P-channel silicon field-effecttransistor.

These products do not need to be used for life support equipment, equipment. Or the failure of these products may reasonably lead to personal injury to the system. The silicon symmetrical p-channel junction field effect transistor in TO-92 plastic shell is suitable for analog switch, chopper, commutator and so on. A special feature is the interchangeability of drain and source connections.
