The reference voltage makes use of a handy 16-WFDFN Exposed Pad package.This program utilizes the handy Series, Dual package.±0.05% tolerance for precise voltage reference.It can handle Adjustable (Fixed) output (s).Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TJ.It is suitable for 20mA input applications.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.5V~36V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V is generated.3mA is the supply current it uses to operate.The highest voltage the voltage reference ic would send is 6V.
