An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.06% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 3V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 250.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within 0°C~70°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LT1461".For applications with 100mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage of 5.5V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 3.5V at a minimum.An input voltage of 3.5V~20V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 3V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 70μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 3.0018V.
