SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.05% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -55°C~125°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.LT6654 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 10mA inputs.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 5.5V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 5.5V~36V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 5V.It operates on a supply current of 600μA for its operation.It is tested at 5.0115V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.
