An easy-to-use SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package is used.The handy Series package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 6.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.05% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 4.096V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -55°C~125°C TA.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LT6654".For applications with 10mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.It must be supplied with a voltage of 4.596V at a minimum.An input voltage of 4.596V~36V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 4.096V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.In order to operate it, 600μA is the supply current.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 4.10542V.
