Description
The THS1007 is a CMOS, low-power, 10-bit, 6 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). It features simultaneous sampling of 4 single-ended signals or 2 differential signals, with a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio of 59 dB at f₁ = 2 MHz. The ADC has differential and integral nonlinearity errors of ±1 LSB, and an auto-scan mode for 2, 3, or 4 inputs. It is compatible with 3-V or 5-V digital interfaces, consumes low power (216 mW max at 5 V), and has a power-down mode (1 mW max). The THS1007 operates from a single 5-V analog supply and has internal voltage references with 50 PPM/°C temperature drift and ±5% accuracy. It also supports an external reference for customized dc accuracy and temperature drift requirements.
