Description
TFPT0603L1001FZ Overview
PTC thermistors are packaged in 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to ensure their protection. PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of protecting them from damage. It is recommended that the minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors be set to -55°C. In order for this thermistor to operate properly, the operating temperature cannot exceed 150°C. This thermistor has 2 pins. Ideally, the thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss would be 75mW.
