Description
TFPT0603L1000JM Overview
The PTC thermistors are put into 0603 (1608 Metric) packages to protect the devices from damage. These PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety protection. The minimum operating temperature for the PTC thermistors should be set to -55°C. To make sure this thermistor works, the operating temperature must not exceed 150°C. There are 2 pins in this thermistor. The thermistor's maximum capability to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating should be 75mW. Nominally, this thermistor can supply 30V voltage when it works.
