The ON Semiconductor BC550C is a general-purpose bipolar transistor with a 45V operating voltage. The BC550C has a working temperature of -55°C to 150°C TJ and maximum power dissipation of 625mW. TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) packaging options are available. BC550 is a general-purpose bipolar transistor with low power and low frequency. It's mostly used to power loads that draw less than 100 milliamps. The BC550 has three terminals, with a small current across one terminal controlling the big current across the others. Its primary functions are amplification and switching.
