ADR433BRZ-REEL7 Overview
The XFET® series offers a versatile and reliable option for electronic circuits with its 8-pin design and Tape & Reel (TR) packaging. One of its standout features is the ability to adjust the output voltage over a 0.5 percent range using the trim pin. This allows for precise control and customization of the voltage, making it ideal for a variety of applications. With a peak reflow temperature of 260 degrees Celsius and a maximum reflow time of 30 seconds, the XFET® can withstand high temperatures during assembly processes. It has a minimum supply voltage of 5V and a maximum temperature coefficient of 3 ppm/°C, ensuring stable performance in various environments. Additionally, with a low noise level of 3.75μVp-p in the frequency range of 0.1Hz to 10Hz, the XFET® is a reliable choice for sensitive electronic circuits. While it is not radiation hardened, its other features make it a top contender for many electronic designs.
