ADR421ARZ-REEL7 Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.8 terminations with various functions.±0.12% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 8 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.8 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.As a type of Voltage References, the voltage reference circuit is used in various applications.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "ADR421".You cannot expect output current higher greater than 10mA from the reference voltage.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 2.5V voltage at its maximum.The lowest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is 2.5V lower than 2.5V.Since the max input voltage of the part is 18V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.A minimum voltage of 5V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 4.5V~18V voltage input.The voltage reference circuit uses 500μA when it is idle.It runs on 500μA supply current.It is a gadget from the XFET® series.It has OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A /-0.5% RANGE USING TRIM PIN to better fulfill the purpose.
