This SoC is built on Dual ARM? Cortex?-A9 MPCore? with CoreSight? core processor(s).
The Arria V SX series is a high-performance FPGA with JESD-609 code e1. It is an active part with a moisture sensitivity level (MSL) of 3, meaning it can withstand up to 168 hours of exposure to moisture. The terminal finish of this series is Tin/Silver/Copper (Sn/Ag/Cu), which provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance.
