2N3906 is a small signal PNP Bipolar Transistor manufactured by STMicroelectronics. The STMicroelectronics 2N3906 is designed for TV and nome appliance equipment and it can be used as a small load switch transistor with high gain and low saturation voltage. The 2N3906 is offered in the TO-92 package. It is specified for operation from -65°C to 150°C.
