TFPT0805L3300KY Overview
To protect the devices from damage, PTC thermistors are packaged in 0805 (2012 Metric) packages. For safety reasons, these PTC thermistors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). For PTC thermistors, -55°C should be the minimum operating temperature. The operating temperature of this thermistor must not exceed 150°C. It should be possible for the thermistor to transfer and conduct this power loss without overheating.
