SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 6.The voltage reference should have ±0.05% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.048V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 6 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above NOT SPECIFIED.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.LT6656 can be used to find other relevant parts.It can be used with 5mA inputs.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.548V.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2.548V~18V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.048V.It operates on a supply current of 1.5μA for its operation.It is tested at 2.05V to see what voltage is produced by the voltage reference circuit.
