There are different types of functions that end with 3.It is coupled to an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.In order to determine the output voltage 3V, test statistics are used.There is 1 need to change the output to 1.The part includes pins 3.Reflow soldering shouldn't exceed 240.In order for it to work, you must supply a voltage of 5V.For it to be powered, a voltage of 3.2V must be provided.Tests are conducted to determine the voltage reference ic's maximum output voltage 3.006V.The minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit is 2.994V.The ambient temperature of this voltage reference ic is 125°C.Ideally, the bottom temperature of the voltage reference ic should be -40°C.
