TIP120 Description
NPN epitaxial Darlington transistor TIP120, manufactured by ON Semiconductor, is a kind of complementary PNP-NPN device with a monolithic Darlington configuration available in the TO-220 package. Based on its high quality and reliable performance, the TIP120 transistor is well suited for medium power linear and switching applications. Its complementary PNP types are TIP125,  TIP126, and TIP127.
