TIP117 Description
The TIP117 is a silicon PNP Darlington transistor with a TO220 type developed for general-purpose amplifiers and low-speed switching. In a PNP transistor, one n-type material is doped with two p-type materials, according to TIP117 categorization. It's an electronic device that runs on electricity. Both the emitter and collector currents were regulated by the small amount of base current. Two crystal diodes are linked back-to-back in the PNP transistor.
