With byte-by-byte In-Circuit Programming (ICP) and In-Application Programming (IAP) functionality, the ST7FLIT19BF1M6 has FLASH memory.

Clock sources include a crystal or ceramic resonator, an internal 1 percent RC oscillator (found on ST7FLITE15B and ST7FLITE19B), or an external clock.
Auto-reload timer internal 32-MHz input clock
Optional x4 or x8 PLL for internal clocks running at 4 or 8 MHz
Halt, Active-Halt, Auto Wake-up from Halt, Wait, and Slow are the five power-saving modes.
