Description
SN75ALS197DRG4 Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced SOIC package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tape and Reel package.With a supply voltage range of 5V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.16 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.It is packaged with 16 pinouts that are market standard for this particular transceiver.A 16-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Surface Mount mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.An input voltage supply of 5V is required to operate the transceiver module.The driver IC in this product is designed so that it can be powered by 5V.In module isolated transceiver are 4 receivers.There must be a transceiver module's temperature below 70°C during operation.There must be at least 0°C minimum operating temperature for this optical transceiver.This IC has a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.25V.This line driver ic requires a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V to function properly.
