Description
SD3410-004 Overview
As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages. Photodiodes have a pin count of 3. Within a circuit, photodiodes could generate 150mW heat. In order for photodiodes to operate, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 250nA even without light input.

SD3410 Series Silicon Photodarlington, TO-46 Metal, Flat Window Can The SD3410/5410 series consists of an NPN silicon photodarlington mounted in a TO-46 metal can package. The SD3410 has flat window cans providing a wide acceptance angle, while the SD5410 has glass lensed cans providing a narrow acceptance angle. The TO-46 packages are ideally suited for operation in hostile environments.
