Description
The MAX11160 is a 16-bit, 500ksps SAR ADC with excellent AC and DC performance. It features a true unipolar input range, internal reference, and small size. The MAX11160 measures a 5V (0 to 5V) input range and can operate from a single 5V supply. It integrates a low-drift reference with an internal buffer, eliminating the need for an external reference.
