Description
The LT6656 is a precision voltage reference with ultralow supply current (850nA) and low drift (10ppm/°C for A Grade, 20ppm/°C for B Grade). It offers high accuracy (0.05% for A Grade, 0.1% for B Grade) and long-term drift (15ppm/kHr for LS8 package). The LT6656 is not sensitive to humidity (LS8 package) and has high output drive current (5mA min). It features low dropout voltage (10mV max), wide supply range (up to 18V), and reverse input/output protection. The LT6656 is available in output voltage options of 1.25V, 2.048V, 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, 4.096V, and 5V. It is offered in low-profile (1mm) ThinSOT™ (2mm x 2mm) DFN and high-stability hermetic (5mm x 5mm) LS8 packages.
