KAI-16000-AAA-JD-B1 Overview
For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 40-BCPGA packages. An image sensor should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. We'll package these image sensors in the Bulk for protection. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 65 dB. 40 pins make up the image sensor. When operating, image sensors should provide 15.5V voltage.
