Description
EPCS64SI16N Overview
This package is based on a neat SOIC package which is used by it.The size of data storage is limited to 8MB.The supply voltage of the device must be 3.3V in order to operate correctly.With different functions, 16 terminations can be used.The reflow soldering process should be done at a temperature no higher than 260.16 pins are located on the board.For the memory chip to operate, it requires a voltage not exceeding 0.02mA.Parts include 16 pins.Before using the part in a circuit, it is recommended that the user apply 3.3V before the part is used in order to ensure that it runs safely and reliably in the circuit.An example of a FLASH memory.This product is suitable for applications requiring Surface Mount control.The swicthing controller works at a frequency of 20MHz.Under -40°C degrees, it can operate.Ideally, it should be operated with an ambient temperature no higher than 85°C at all times.Memory should have a voltage of at least 2.7V to run.Memory is rated 3.6V for maximum supply voltage, which means that Memory is rated for maximum supply voltages.Memory operates on 100μA.
