EPCS1SI8N Overview
The package uses a neat SOIC interface.Data storage is limited to 128kB bytes.3.3V is the required supply voltage.8 terminations with different functions.Reflow soldering should be done at no higher than 260 degrees.FPGA is equipped wFPGAh 8 pins.With the part are included 8 pins.In order for the part to function safely and reliably as part of a circuit, 3.3V recommends that users apply 3.3V to the part prior to use in order to ensure that it will work properly.Memory is also referred to as a FLASH memory.In other words, it is suitable for applications using the Surface Mount operating system.There is a frequency of 20MHz that is used by the switching controller.There is a capability of operating it at temperatures as low as -40°C, which is extremely low.Temperatures above 85°C are not recommended for it to operate.Memory should be running on at least 2.7V voltage.A 3.6V rating is given to its maximum supply voltage.The system operates on the 50μA axis.
