In 2004, a new CMOS technology was introduced with the release of a device that had 80 pins and 80 terminations. This device had a frequency of 20MHz and a RAM size of 8K x 8. It operated on a voltage supply of 2.5V to 5.5V and had a bit size of 16. The data bus width was 16b, allowing for efficient data transfer. However, unlike other devices in the market, this device was not radiation hardened. Despite this, it was still widely used due to its high performance and reliability. With its compact size and versatile capabilities, this device quickly became a popular choice among technology enthusiasts.
