As long as the forward voltage is set to 1.25V, the device will operate.A surge current should be monitored and should not exceed 2A.As long as the forward voltage is set to 150mA, the device will operate.Parts can be powered by currents of 50mA.Array has a capacArrayance of approximately 2pF farads.There is a reverse voltage peak of 2.5μA on devices like this one.Because of this device's primary action, array produces 350mW of heat (energy loss).
