It operates at a maximum speed of 64 MHz and features 512 Kbytes of Flash (dual plane on SAM3SD8) and 64 Kbytes of SRAM. The SAM3S8/SD8 series is ready for capacitive touch thanks to the QTouch® library, offering an easy way to implement buttons, wheels, and sliders.
