ATMEGA644A-PU Overview
In 2007, a new contact plating technology was introduced, using tin as its material. This advancement has greatly improved the performance and reliability of electronic devices. One of its notable features is the Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL), which is not applicable in this case, making it suitable for use in various environments. With a memory size of 64kB and 32 I/Os, this contact plating is able to handle complex tasks with ease. It also has a wide voltage supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V, providing flexibility for different power requirements. Other useful peripherals such as Brown-out Detect/Reset, POR, PWM, and WDT are also included. While it does not have any DMA channels, it supports 2 serial I/Os and is formatted in fixed-point, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.
