The AVR® ATmega series chip, produced by Microchip Technology, is a 20MHz Embedded - Microcontrollers chip with CMOS technology. It has a dual terminal position and contact plating of tin. The supply voltage-min (Vsup) is 4.5V and the voltage - supply (Vcc/Vdd) ranges from 1.8V to 5.5V. The program memory size is 32KB 16K x 16 and it also has a built-in watchdog timer. Additionally, it features 3 timers/counters for efficient performance.
