ATMEGA128A-AU manufactured by Micron Technology Inc. is a member of Atmel® low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers with the AVR® enhanced RISC architecture. It is designed based on high-density non-volatile memory technology. It is able to deliver throughputs close to 1MIPS per MHz by executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle. As a result, this enables the electronic designers to optimize the device for power consumption versus processing speed.
