ADS7946SRTER Overview
The Digi-Reel® packaging option is available for this product, which is currently in an active status. While the qualification status is not yet qualified, the product boasts a configuration of MUX-S/H-ADC. With a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V, this product offers a data interface of SPI and a sampling rate of 2 Msps. The integral nonlinearity (INL) is 2.5 LSB, ensuring accurate and reliable performance. Additionally, this product features a sample and hold/track and hold function, with a ratio of 1:1 for S/H to ADC. These specifications make this product a highly versatile and efficient option for a wide range of applications.
