Description
The AD9609 is a 10-bit, 1.8 V analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a maximum sampling rate of 80 MSPS. It features a differential input with a 700 MHz bandwidth, an on-chip voltage reference, and a sample-and-hold circuit. The AD9609 is available in a 32-lead LFCSP package.
