Description
The AD5590 is a 16-input, 16-output analog I/O port with integrated amplifiers. It features a 12-bit successive approximation ADC with a fast throughput rate of 1 MSPS and a wide input bandwidth of 70 dB SNR at fw = 50 kHz. The 16 output channels have 12-bit DACs with an on-chip 2.5 V reference, hardware LDAC and LDAC override functions, and a CLR function to programmable code. The operational amplifiers have an offset voltage of 2.2 mV maximum, a low input bias current of 1 pA maximum, and are unity gain stable. The AD5590 operates on a single supply with low noise of 22 nV/√Hz and is available in an 80-ball CSP BGA package.
