REF02AH Overview
An easy-to-use TO-205AA, TO-5-8 Metal Can package is used.This program uses the handy Bulk package.Various terminations with 8.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT SPECIFIED.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.In various applications, the voltage reference circuit is used as a type Voltage References.You can find other relevant parts by searching "REF02".A voltage of 15V is required for its operation.It must be supplied with a voltage of 7V at a minimum.In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 5.015V.There is 4.985V voltage lower than 4.985V at the output of the voltage reference ic.There is 0.3% maximum inaccuracy for this voltage reference ic.The purpose is better served by OUTPUT VOLTAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED OVER A 3 PERCENT RANGE.125°C is its maximum ambient temperature.It is recommended that the bottom temperature of the voltage reference ic be -55°C.
