ZXRE125DRSTOB Overview
In 2012, a new component was published that revolutionized the way through hole mounting was done. This component, with a tolerance of ±1% and a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited), was designed to withstand extreme temperatures, with a minimum operating temperature of -40°C. Its packaging, in the form of tape and reel (TR), made it easy to handle and transport. Despite its impressive features, this component is now considered obsolete, but its impact on the industry is still felt. With a temperature coefficient of 75ppm/°C and a current output of 20mA, it is no surprise that this component, known as a shunt reference type, was highly sought after for its reliability and versatility.
