Description
The ZRB500 is a precision micropower voltage reference that utilizes a bandgap circuit design to achieve a stable 5.0-volt output. It is available in small outline surface mount and through-hole packages. The ZRB500 operates without an external capacitor and is stable with capacitive loads. It is recommended for operation between 50µA and 15mA, making it suitable for low power and battery-powered applications. The rugged design and 20-volt processing allow the reference to withstand transient effects and currents up to 200mA.
