Description
XC17S10PD8C Overview
FPGA uses a nice 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging for external use.In the state of 0°C~70°C, licensed to work.Using OTP, you can program it.An electric current of 4.75V~5.25V is applied to it.There is a memory device mounted in Through Hole position for this device.There is a limit to the size of data storage of 100kb bytes.Look for "XC17S10" for other related parts.The supply voltage should be 5V.Different types of 8 terminations are available with different functions.Using MEMORY CIRCUIT memory chips, this is what you get.A 8 pin is included in it.Parts come with 8 pins set.As far as memory I/O is concerned, it is configured as COMMON.You should use a 5V power supply.The 5V company recommends that users apply 5V to the part before using it in a circuit so that it can run safely and reliably in the circuit.
