TMP123AIDBVTG4 Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). To protect analog sensors from damage, they are put into SOT-23-6 packages. It is necessary to have 6 pins for this sensor to function properly. This electronic part contains 6 terminations. If the analog sensors are operating, their current could be 50μA. DC circuits should not exceed 5.5V for the maximum voltage supplied by this sensor. The minimum DC voltage supplied by this magnetic switch is 2.7V. For analog sensors, GND current should be 35μA. To make it work, the sensor can supply a nominal current of 35μA. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 3mA for optimal performance. It is generally recommended that the sensor outputs 2.3V voltage.
