TMP101NA/250 Overview
The Cut Tape (CT) package protects these analog sensors. To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in SOT-23-6 packages. There are 6 pins on this sensor for proper operation. In this electronic part, there are 6 terminations. It is possible for the analog sensors to provide a current of 75μA when they are working. Ideally, this sensor should provide a voltage of 5.5V in a DC circuit. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 2.7V. In analog sensors, the GND terminal should have a current of 45μA. The sensor can work with 150μA current nominally. Sensors should have a current output of 4mA for optimal performance. Sensors typically output 400mV as their output voltage.
