Description
The TLV1549C, TLV15491, and TLV1549M are 10-bit, switched-capacitor, successive-approximation, analog-to-digital converters (ADCs). They feature an inherent sample-and-hold function and a total unadjusted error of ±1 LSB maximum. The devices have an on-chip system clock and are terminal compatible with the TLC1549 and TLC1549x. They are manufactured using CMOS technology.
