TLE4251DNTMA1 Overview
An Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the delivery. There is a TO-252-5, DPak (4 Leads Tab), TO-252AD case with the integrated voltage regulator. There are 5 terminations on the battery regulator IC chip and each of them has its own function. In terms of output type, Adjustable is what the Regulator IC produces.
