Keeping PTC thermistors in Disc, 4.0mm Dia x 3.0mm W packages prevents them from being damaged. Packaged in the Bulk for safety, these PTC thermistors are designed to perform at high temperatures. Ensure that the PTC thermistors are set to -40°C as their minimum operating temperature. In order for this thermistor to work properly, the operating temperature must not exceed 165°C. A reliable performance can be achieved by using a thermistor that supplies a maximum voltage of 30V.
